First time at Chicken Ranch and it was such a pleasant adventure. Staff was very accommodating. Room was clean ,Valet was super helpful. Breakfast at TWLV was super! Taylor was a great help as our server! She is a keeper. We will be back!!

We are an older couple and our room was way far away from the elevators and the ice machine. I don't know why they only have one ice machine per floor at a place like this. And they should take into consideration people's ages and what room they assign them. They know the floor plans and they should be considerate to older people and how far they have to walk and carry their luggage.

It took the resort over an hour (and multiple calls to the front desk) to break up a loud party( musicians) on our floor, despite them having a quiet hour policy. We never received an apology, just ear plugs.
