Everything new and clean. Very modern decor and the room was huge. Very nice bathrobe. My room was very far from the elevator. The gift shop didn’t have much choice in anything. The restaurants on site were delicious.

Beautiful place terrible service.

Rooms were really nice. Loved the robes, creamer to go with the coffee. Pool was amazing but service wt the bar was awful. Manger did come and at least helped us. Dinner took over an hour to come then it was cold. Waitress was great she tried to fix everything to make us happy. Casino was nice and clean. Just seems really under staffed.

Our Chicken ranch stay

This was our second stay, we enjoyed both times. Staff very friendly and professional. All restraunts serve delicious food at a reasonable cost. We will continue coming back!

The staff at this resort was not helpful. We arrived early with the reservation and checked in; however, our room was not ready until 4 pm which was fine. The front desk got my number telling me that they will call me once my room was ready. It was past 4 and I found that the room had been ready, but no one cares enough to call. I ended up having to get in a long line again for check in. The staff never apologized to me for not informing me of my room. She was very rude and unhelpful. I wished that I had remembered her name so I can complain to the manager.
