This two-story condo is located in a private gated community lakeside by beautiful Lake Cumberland. It's the perfect getaway for a lake vacation and in a quiet safe neighborhood.

The property is equipped with a full kitchen, large living room and full bath on the upper level. The lower level consists of a spacious bedroom with two comfortable beds and a private full bathroom. A large High-Definition TV is located on each level with Dish Cable access available for viewing pleasure. Two private balconies, one in the living room and one in the lower-level bedroom, provide wooded scenic views for gathering and relaxing.

Access to Lake Cumberland is minutes away. Nearby Lake Cumberland State Dock, Jamestown Marina, Rowena Marina, Grider Hill, and Indian Hills Resort. Wonderful and convienient

The beds were comfy, the towels were so soft, the kitchen had what you needed! We were there to enjoy the lake and this was a perfect place to stay!

Perfect lake weekend

Property is close to the state dock on Cumberland so it was perfect for us and our boat. They have parking area for your boat too. There’s a nice pool in the complex the kids enjoyed before the lake each day. The condo was perfect. It was clean and the beds were comfortable which is all we needed! 10/10 would stay again!

Excellent condo for a weekend getaway!

Check in was easy and condo was stocked with everything needed for a great weekend getaway. Excellent and prompt communication with host. Would definitely stay here again! Access to the heated community pool was an added bonus and the condo is just a short drive to public lake access.
