My confirmed reservation was not confirmed, you were booked up! I believed it was that booked thru a third provider Expedia , I was charged by Expedia twice $1.39 , but had no room for the night

The pool heater was broken and we were not informed nor was there a sign therfore my son was subjected to freezing water and immediately got out. The room water was lukewarm at best.
