The accommodation was truly outstanding. The attention to detail in the design of the apartments and in house facilities were exceptional however the reception staff lacked basic training and knowledge which was disappointing.

No spa! I am not sure why they have a spa picture they need to remove it because the staff member said the spa is getting put for the past two years and still hasn’t been done. ホテルとして稼働するにはまだ厳しいのではないでしょうか。エレベーターは動かないし、部屋は寒いし、トイレはカビだらけ、廃墟の建物に、部屋がある感じでした。場所がとても良いので、しっかりとメンテナンスしてから、ホテルとして稼働してもらいたいです。
