The Holiday Inn Express Hinton has a great breakfast, eggs,bacon,sausage, oatmeal, ,pancakes coffee, fruit all included. the staff are real friendly, and the lady at the front desk, I requested more towels and had them within minutes. very happy with the hotel and the very friendly and attentive staff. They also have a great indoor pool and a slide, a big twirly slide into the pool. The location is 45 minutes outside of Jasper its a one road easy ride. You will go through the park to get to the town. Hinton has the usual fast food restaurants and a Walmart and grocers. Good location

Water leaks

Our room had an added on AC unit that constantly dripped water on by our heads on th bed, the floor was soaked and there was even mold. We told the front seat about it and had the manager call us. She gave us what she said was 2000 point on the holiday inn app that she said equals 200 When we got the points 5 days later it only equals 20 Very poor service and not happy at all.

The shower didn't drain, we called maintenance and he came and said it was okay. It however, still wouldn't drain and we had to shower in ankle deep water. Couch was also very badly stained.
