This hotel is very central located, rooms were very clean and setup the way so six of us can sleep comfortably. Very clean and in quite neighborhood

It was a lovely property. Whilst I understood that it had no lifts, I wasn't prepared for the number of stairs especially the 13 stairs down and up to use the bathroom during the night. I also knew there was no airconditioning but didn't realise how stiflingly hot it would be in the loft bedroom and no windows at all to open and this was only early June. The small fans were slightly useful.

Decent place to stay in Jasper. We had a nice size room with space. Everything was outdated. Pool and hot tub were nice! Dining was limited with the restaurant not opening until 5pm. Breakfast was expensive for those who pay to stay at this property.

It wasn't amazing and I can't say it was bad. We had a great trip and the Hotel was Good! The rooms need AC that's is the only thing that is badly needed, thankfully it wasn't really hot when we were there. Staff was very friendly!

The windows were very dirty. And the table had not been wiped off. Otherwise it was clean. It is not a hotel for seniors as there is no elevator and stairs everywhere. Getting to the pool involves multiple staircases. However, it was worth the trip as the pool was lovely and very clean.

Reception was a bit unfriendly at first, 2nd visit and different staff was OK. Our room was OK, location was horrible, some kind of machinery room across hallway, which made some horrible rumbling buzzing noise all the way into our sleeping area, this went on all night every night and as complex was full we could not get a different room
