Whether you're looking to unwind or make memories with the kids, this is the perfect spot.

This cozy and updated 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath lake home is tucked inside a quiet gated community on Lake Sam Rayburn, just minutes from Umphrey Pavilion. With 1,446 sq ft of rustic charm and modern comfort, the home features a wood-burning fireplace, an open layout, and lake views from the fully enclosed porch complete with outdoor seating, a fan, and string lights.

Downstairs includes two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a dining area for six, and a fully stocked kitchen with complimentary coffee, cooking spices, and pantry essentials. Upstairs, you'll find another bedroom with a king bed and a nugget mattress for kids, a half bath, and two flex spaces—one with a reading area, the other with kids’ games and activities for rainy-day fun. This is a beautiful property in a very small, gated community with a short walk down to a gorgeous, sandy beach area on the lake. The views of the lake from the large deck are amazing and there is plenty of comfortable seating. We were so comfortable, they had everything we needed. The home is super clean, updated and very comfortable. Jenna was amazing, so helpful, and so kind. Thank you so much, we all loved it! We will for sure be back!
