From the photo it looked like we would have a fantastic view from our room but that was not the case. After we entered the office to check in we were greeted with very old decor but no body around, after waiting for about 5 minutes we were greeted by a friendly man who had to keep calling the owner to answer our questions. We went and checked the room to find it extremely small, no view and two single beds. Thankfully the restaurant had an amazing view and the food was great. We did feel ripped off and l cannot recommend staying here.

Restaurant next to hotel is excellent. Room was small for 3 persons. Son had to sleep on the floor. There are no pictures of the room uploaded. The red houses on the first picture, is the view from the restaurant. We thought we had booked one of those houses. Unpleasant surprise.

Super service off the highway path

Being an avid traveller I often look for a stay outside the mainstream. This is one of them, and it's very good. Wintertime it's low key and peaceful but in the summer it's buzzing. Hotel and restaurant sits right on the water! There are only 10 rooms with a relaxing common area equipped with coffee and the by desire, so it's cozy. Easy check-in even late hours. Customer service couldn't be better incl. that they open the restaurant on a Sunday night for only one room. Food was excellent and the breakfast was of good quality with various choices. The room was tidy and comfortable but could need an upgrade, though the whole establishment is a family business focused on comfort and quality, not luxury. All staff was superiorly nice and accommodating. It's well worth a visit and I'm looking forward to come back during the summertime.

Lite slitna rum men otroligt fin omgivning. Allt som behövdes fanns för vÄr vistelse över en natt. Smidig incheckning Àven dÄ vi kom sent pÄ natten. VÀldigt fint och mysigt frukostrum med utsikt över vattnet.

Fick tydliga instruktioner att incheckning krÀvdes före klockan 16, dock pÄtrÀffades ingen personal utan nyckeln lÄg pÄ disken med en lapp. Med förutsÀttningen att komma innan 16 hade vi startat tidigt och kört med korta pauser. Finns ingen anledning att inte kunna ankomma senare, nyckeln hade lika gÀrna kunnat vÀnta till 17 eller 18 sÄ hade vi kunnat köra senare. Faktiskt obefintlig service, mötte ingen personal pÄ hotellet, betalade via restaurang SjömÀrket dÀr Àven frukost serverades. Restaurangen serverade ljummen öl och vatten, sparsam service, delvis halvfabrikat. UtmÀrkt ostkaka med hjortronsylt. Frukosten var fyllande, fin utsikt. Sammanfattningsvis: lite vÀl mysigt.
