From the living room and terrace, there are glimpses of the sea with a rocky facade just 50 metres from the apartments. The steps in the rock provide easy access for snorkelling and diving. A few minutes' walk from the apartment is the picturesque rocky cove, La Caleta, with an excellent beach bar and restaurant (open from April to October).
The distance to the sandy Arenal beach is 600 metres and the port and historic centre are about 3 km away. There are two supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The Costa Blanca has many excellent golf courses, the closest just 10 minutes away.

1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.
2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €250 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.
3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract
