Holiday home in a unique location, right on La Barraca Beach, in Javea, Costa Blanca, Spain. Beautiful, comfortable holiday home, consisting of 2 independent floors, for a maximum of 10 people, in a unique residential area on a property directly above the famous La Barraca bay beach and next to the popular Cala Clemence beach bar and restaurant. The pool area offers an integrated whirlpool, infinity (overflow) and benches in the water to watch the hustle and bustle on the beach below.

Portichol beach is well known for divers, water sports enthusiasts and sea lovers. The bay with the stone beach used to be an insider tip but is now the most visited bay in Javea. Access is limited and this is why Casa Alicia is very privileged as it offers a location in one of the most visited places on the Costa Blanca. The holiday villa is elevated directly above the beach and offers a fantastic view of the sea, the beach and the island of Portichol. There is direct access to the beach from the pool area (via a private staircase). The location is absolutely privileged and very special. A large covered and nicely furnished terrace is ideal for watching the colorful summer life on the beach and enjoying summer life outdoors. A brick barbecue with dining area invites you to cozy barbecue evenings. This rental property is also very suitable in the off-season, it has an open fireplace and air conditioning (hot/cold) in all bedrooms. Please note that for this accommodation a security deposit of € 850,00 is required.

Weltklasse Haus, schöne Umgebung.

Bis auf eine (für uns zumindest) fehlende Treppe im Haus, war es wirklich sehr gut. Alles hat gestimmt. Pool mit bester Aussicht, schöner Steinstrand und tolle Zimmer.
