Just five minutes by car or a pleasant 20-minute walk away, you'll find the lively Arenal beach, where elegant restaurants, shops, and bars await you.

The famous restaurant Madre and the spa at the Hotel Ritual de la Tierra offer a treat just around the corner. Convenience is key, as there are supermarkets and a local shop nearby to easily stock up on essentials.



Distributed across three levels, Casa la Morada offers a serious style and many spaces to relax. The main house welcomes you with a spacious and bright double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a separate bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room that leads to an open-plan dining room. Outside, the covered terrace with its outdoor dining table and a comfortable sofa area is made for cocktails at night and relaxing breakfasts.



On the upper floor, a double room and a room with two single beds share a family bathroom and a sun-drenched balcony with views of the garden and swimming pool.
