The accommodation is very quiet at the end of a cul-de-sac in a residential area, ensuring a lot of privacy and tranquility.
Casa Japara has a sunny location and can accommodate up to 6 people. The villa and garden are on the ground floor.

Casa Japara is situated on a completely fenced plot of 2000 m2 and has a private swimming pool with spacious terraces, garden furniture, including 6 sun beds, outdoor showers, 1 with hot water, and a BBQ. Directly at the house are a large open and covered terrace with lounge set and dining table. Both the swimming pool and the terraces can be atmospherically illuminated at night.
You have a magnificent view of the surrounding hills and the Montgo (Elephant Mountain).
The living room is comfortably and homely furnished. There is a music system and you have access to internet TV with both Dutch and foreign channels.
The bedrooms are all equipped with new beds and mattresses, have fitted wardrobes and wooden shutters. Casa Japara has 2 bathrooms, one of which is en suite to the bedroom with a double bed. This has a walk-in shower.

Jávea (Xàbia) is situated on a large bay, protected by two rocks protruding into the sea: the Cabo de La Nao (Cape of the Ship) with its lighthouse from 1855 and the Cabo San Antonio.

Jávea has a varied coastal area with in the North the Montgó massif (ca. 753 m) also called "The Elephant" in view of the resemblance to an Elephant. The coastline can be very turbulent in the winter but the Montgó massif protects Jávea against the storms from the North and thus creates a unique microclimate. This climate has been declared by the World Health Organization WHO as one of the healthiest in the world. In the old center is the covered market and a few cozy shops, bars and restaurants.

Javea's market day is on Thursday and there is a fish market every day in the harbor. Furthermore, on the site of the former Augustines Descaldes monastery, north of the church, it is the place to buy fresh fruit and vegetables, meat and fresh fish. 20 kilometers away, towards Denia there is a large shopping center: La Marina.
