This is a traditional Spanish villa, nested in Javea’s tranquil protected parkland.The villa is in a very quiet street and overlooking the Montgo mountain. The evening sunset is stunning. I love my villa and hope you too.
The villa is splittinginto two separate apartments.Downstairs is a one large bedroom with a separate large living room and dining area. There is a-reasonable size shower room and a separate small kitchen room with sink and hob cooking and a small fridge. There is a large patio area overlooking the pool where you can enjoy your outdoor dinner in the evening and watch the sunset.The owner will be live upstairs however it will not affect your privacy as there are separate entrance.
The location is very close to the most famous beach and also there are a few restaurants and cafe bar nearby.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned apartment, which has a kitchen. There's a private patio. Conveniences include a refrigerator and a dryer.
