Most difficult check in process experience I ever have, non English speaking receptionist, could not even find my name in the system , repeatedly talking to his manager, terrible experience This property should not be in the hotel website No towels , toilet essential No facilities whatsoever, hard mattresses Poor hygiene and list goes on
