Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The way they handled my booking turned into an argument! I provided booking confirmation and they couldn't find it until they contacted someone else to help but were very argumentative! Secondly, the young guy who handles the service to the room was very rude and unpleasant to deal with asking simply for towels!
