Two holiday apartments with a balcony, near the beach, on the southern side of the island, with a view of the islands of Scedro, Korcula and Lukavci
This old stone house was completely renovated and offers two holiday apartments for four and five people. The house is at the entrance to the little village of Ivan Dolac, on the southern side of Hvar island and below the highest elevation on the island, the 626-metre-high St. Nicholas mountain. The unspoilt nature and the crystal clear sea ensure a relaxing seaside holiday.
The two apartments have been modernised and have air conditioning in the living room-kitchen. There is no Internet access.
Each apartment has its own furnished balcony. The two parking spaces for the apartments are right in front of the house.
It is just 200 metres to the nearest beach. The nearest grocery shops, where you can buy everything you need on a daily basis, are in Zavala (two kilometres away) and in Sv. Nedjelja (four kilometres away). It is worth visiting for example the little island of Scedro or the shepherds’ village of Himac with the Grapceva cave.
