The hotel is good, clean with an immaculate bar and restaurant area. The issue at the moment is the complete reconstruction of the pool area. Noisy works all day. I'm also disappointed that the car park charges will only be discounted if you have booked through hip hotels site, which seems petty. The charge is also extortionate at 19 Euro per night.

A friendly welcome, a lovely hotel and a great location. On the doorstep of the Tio Pepe Bodega, The Alcazar, Cathedral and a short walk to city centre.

Great location, beautiful hotel, confortable beds. What makes this hotel outstanding is the staff. Thank you to Pablo and Nazaret for their recommendations of places to eat and drink and Nazareth's invaluable help to trace a medical equipment that my husband lost on one of our walks. I would definitely stay in this palacio when I return to Jerez!

I recommend this hotel

The hotel was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was well done and delicious. The hotel theme was Alice in wonderland and a little strange, but it was nice and the staff were friendly.

Lovely, central hotel. Room was clean and spacious. Had a small kitchenette so was nice for an evening tea. Excellent shower and nice beds. On a fairly busy street but good blackout shutters worked for the noise and light. Added surprise bonus of being able to do our laundry at no extra charge! Only disappointment was that the pool wasn’t open…my daughter had hoped for one more swim this trip.
