This hotel was located in a good area. Close to the path train that took us to NYC within minutes. Food was great. Beds were comfortable. Loved the feature of the key being on my phone so I never lost it. The management checked in on me daily which was great. Only thing I can say that was bad was the random 5 am fire alarm, otherwise everything was great. Definitely would stay here again.

The hotel is gorgeous, convenient for what we needed. We arrived after check-in time and had to wait 45-60 minutes for a room to be ready…sat in lobby until ready. They did offer complimentary breakfast for this but it was still frustrating.

Amazing place and amazing staff! Our reason for staying here was a reasonably priced hotel to visit New York City. Its was right next to a parking ranp which was only 30 per day compared to 85 or more in New York City. And literally a one minute walk to Path subway system that took us the city.

Hospitality was disappointing. Called the night before for early check in and was told it would be made available. When we arrived it was not and we were told they would message house keeping to have our room prepared. We waiting for hours up to the normal check in time at which point our room was still not ready. It took up to 3:10 to have a room ready for us, 10 minutes after check in, and the room they gave us was a lower value than the one booked. When we checked out this morning, they charged us the full rate of the larger room we did not receive and the lady at the front counter said she couldn’t do anything about it and I would have to call management later in the day. Hilton should be embarrassed to have their name on the outside of this Jersey City location. The staff needs serious training in hospitality. They are great at saying “sorry” but action speaks much louder than words. We will not be returning.
