For me feels like a former smokers hotel, just felt old run down, smelt odd, and in serious need of renovations. Expedia cancelled my initial booking so this is what they came up with. If your going to spend money. Don't go here unless on a budget

The room was abused: fur or hair was still on the carpeted area of the room, linoleum flooring had a light coating of what felt like kitty litter, microwave door had large visible rust, fan over stove underside was filled with rust, chair in main area had cuts in it, blow dryer in bathroom did not work (no light on GFI plug (missing) and one plug prong missing), outer wall section looked to be missing a picture frame as the mounting points were there. I will never use this hotel chain ever again as this room did not like like any of the posted room photos.

I would come back to stay if it’s a short stay. The room did smell like smoke. Also the stove tops don’t work in the room which is so disappointing. This hotel has the potential, it just needs some major updates

Room had damage to walls, only one lamp worked at the nightstand, no usb ports-needs upgrading, breakfast “options” were a joke (oatmeal, nutrigrain bars, and packaged mini muffins does not a breakfast make), coffee constantly ran out and took 15 minutes to replace, etc.

When we arrived to check in, there was no one at the counter. Someone arrived almost 10 minutes later with a bad attitude and didn't apologize. The place is also filthy. The carpet in the breakfast area looks like it hasn't been vacuumed in years. The hallways are full of garbage outside the rooms. Rust on the bathroom door hinges. Ended up checking out a day early. Will not stay here again.

The room felt like a cell, cold and barren of any design, style or warmth.The furniture seemed like it was all second hand from goodwill. The ‘heat’ would not go above 66. I tried raising the temp on the wall box and it would then stop at 66 each time. This was about 10;30 at night and I was soooo tired I didnt want to call the front desk. There were no extra blankets so I had to fold the ONE thin blanket in half. It felt like I was camping. The highway just outside the room was noisy most of the time which didnt help. The so called ‘breakfast’ was a coffee pot, hot water and a few crappy breakfast bars full of processed food, WTH!
