The staff are wonderful. The general manager and the staff are excellent. Clean large rooms with little to no noise. Leo greeted us every morning and each and every time. The rooms where excellent the ladys where great just everyone was amazing I would definitely stay everything is walking distance from meaning subway especially to canal st is the whole reason why I went to NY oh breakfast was amazing the valet parking guys where awesome.. give the guys tips it’s cold to be running bank and forth… definitely a 10/10 stay
