The smell in the room was quite bothersome. We are assuming it was from some cleaning product. The bathroom sink never delivered hot water. The elevator was excruciatingly slow when waiting for it. The vending/ice rooms on multiple floors were locked. Finally found the ice machine on the 1st floor.

Everything was amazing! We arrived early from our flight and the staff was nice enough for us to leave our bags there while we went to the city, our room was clean and organized. The hotel had an option for a shuttle to pick us up and drop us off from the hotel to NYC. The morning breakfast was a great option before we left to the city, whenever we returned our room was always clean. i definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for somewhere to stay. i will definitely be returning here!!

hot tub was so old and dirty looking, stains everywhere. the additional sofa was so noisy and loud, not so sleeper friendly at all. the entire place is old and smelly, just so you know.

The staff is friendly and our room was "clean". The jacuzzi tub needs some attention. Its chipping and needs a refreshing. But it was "clean". The mix-matched flooring and fixtures actually took away from the cleanliness. The location is perfect for trips into the city and Lyft is always right there to pick up.

Rooks clean staff friendly the only thing was at 7am and while trying to sleep the had a long of noise going on banging and stuff and cleaning crew outside in hall ways super loud if your are doing renovations please let us know ahead of time so we are aware

I actually booked the room for the wrong day by my own mistake. I booked it for the following day and we needed the room TONIGHT! The hotel was so helpful, they helped fix my mistake. They never charged me anything extra. They were so gracious and helpful. Breakfast was great. We would definitely recommend this location!
