Ich würde die Unterkunft jederzeit empfehlen. Das Appartment ist sehr sauber und völlig neu renoviert. Derby und seine Frau sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, denen vor allem daran gelegen ist, dass ihre Gäste zufrieden sind und die sich jeden Tag um ihre Appartements kümmern. Die Lage ist gut, man benötigt ca. 10 min Fußweg zum Bus nach Manhattan und ebenfalls 10 min zu einem großen Supermarkt und 2 min zu einem kleinen Supermarkt. Die Ausstattung der Küche mit großem Gasherd, riesiger Mikrowelle, großem Kühlschrank, jeder Menge Töpfen, Besteck, etc. lässt keine Wünsche offen und ermöglicht, sich im teuren New York selbst zu verpflegen.
