Peter was very nice and responded quick to our messages and requests. This place has the best location! just footsteps to bus 123 (which goes to NY) & 22 (which travels within NJ) & awesome NY views.

Amazing City View

Clean two bedroom apartment with amazing views of New York City from the backyard outdoor patio balcony. Great communication from host. Unit has two levels. Main level is open concept kitchen living room combo and 1 full bath. Lower level is two bedrooms, 1 full bath and laundry. Only issue is the staircase is very narrow. Otherwise it is a great space to relax or hold a small get together.

Perfect for a small gathering

Hosted a small group Christmas party with close friends. The unit is equipped and stocked with plates, utensils, and various drinking glasses. VRBO provides damage insurance for your stay for a reasonable fee. I also like the general layout of the place. Just a small details though is the stairs - it’s a bit dangerous for little kids. But overall experience was excellent! Esp when host is very responsive.

Great location and a wonderful apparent

This is a wonderful apartment in a great quiet neighborhood with a stunning view of the city. Getting into the city by bus was great and super convenient. The host was very friendly and responsive. Our family had a great time and I would recommend this property to everyone.
