In my honest view and experience as a guest for 15 nights (mini capsule) in January 2026, this hostel would pass as nearly "average" for its shared communal facilities and reception staff hospitality. No windows to see sunshine on waking mornings. Be very careful not to be "lured" by the reception manager into a presumed "affordable" "deal" if you book directly with them (outside of Expedia) to either extend your stay or return to stay. If you do and you pay a deposit and your plans change, and you CANCEL & REQUEST A REFUND with reasonable advance notice, YOUR MONEY IS GONE FOREVER! YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!!

Amazing room and staff! Felt so welcome! There was only one review on Expedia when I booked it but there are hundreds of reviews on other sites that are near 5 stars and I couldn’t agree more! I’ll be back next time I’m in Jerusalem.
