第一晚给了间蛮老旧的房，电视很小也看不清，唯一可取的是房间大。过了一晚，房间窗户附近有很大烟味，开房门出去更是一阵阵的传来。 反映了给柜台，马上提升到另一豪华型房间，房型更大也新，还有个大电视，一切都不错。 虽然还是有些小问题，但都很快一一解决了。是间服务不错的酒店，前枱人员，清洁大婶的服务态度也很好。 酒店处于淘金和小北地铁站之间，要走个7，8分钟，还算可以。总体来说，这次入住的经验是满意的。 只希望皇冠假日快快装修那些老旧的房间。说真的，如果这次不提升我的房间，下次就不选这酒店了。

Great hotel, great staff, but its the smell, the entire place reaks of strong and cheap perfume, the elevators, the corridors, everywhere, it makes the eyes water. After staying here 3 times its only getting worse, so I cant bring myself to stay here anymore. Its a shame, really.

The hotel check-in process took an excessive amount of time, which was quite inconvenient. We were a family with kids, and despite requesting adjacent rooms, we were assigned rooms on different floors. After making several requests, they eventually offered us a third room, but we had to wait an additional hour until 7 PM to receive it. The check-in staff did not seem adequately competent, and they provided no information beyond handing us the room keys.
