This 70 m² dwelling offers two comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds, both with exterior windows and storage space. The bathroom with a complete shower completes the upper floor. On the ground floor, you will find a cosy living-dining room with a fireplace, which connects directly to the private pool and offers spectacular views of the sierra. The gas American kitchen is fully equipped to easily prepare your meals.Located on a property shared with two other houses, but with total independence and privacy, this house is just a 5-minute walk from the main square, where you can access supermarkets, restaurants, and other local businesses for your daily convenience. Additionally, Jimera de Líbar has a train station 2.1 km away, with quick connections to Ronda (31 min) and Benaoján (8 min), facilitating access without the need for a car .Nature lovers will be delighted with its location in the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park.
