The ground level has three bedrooms, an open plan kitchenette, dining, and lounge, a bathroom with a bathtub, a powder room and a deck.
Direct access to the home from the double garage with laundry, drying room, ski boot drying racks and external bike wash down station.
Free Wi-Fi, Smart TVs in living rooms and master bedroom; underfloor heating, floor-to-ceiling tiling and backlit mirrors to all bathrooms, Escea gas heating, and air conditioning throughout, and smart lighting with push button dimmers make this home away from home stand out from the rest.
