Great place to stay.

The foyer was big so hard to keep warm. A fire would have been great. Though the stay did not speak English they did go out of their way to help. The concierge (John) spoke reasonable English as was very helpful. Went beyond his duty to help.

Close to scenic areas

The hotel is a fine example of Asian culture. However there is no wireless in the room. Staff hardly speak any English and the bed was extremely hard making sleeping difficult. On the plus side the hotel is located close to the national parks which hold some great tourist treasures. The free show offered by the hotel was incredible and not to be missed. The room did smell of moth balls and we noticed moth balls placed in the bathroom. Maybe there has been a moth invasion. Overall through a pleasant experience.

Hôtel "très très froid" pour la région

Hôtel très éloigné du parc de Juizhaighou, à l'architecture sinistre et très très froid (au sens propre comme au figuré). Malgré le froid, les portes du hall d'entrée restent ouvertes, tout comme les ouvertures dans le restaurant de l'hôtel. La chambre que j'ai occupé pendant 2 nuits/3 jours n'était pas chauffée non plus, et le lit était très dur, c'était comme dormir sur une planche ?! Cet hôtel a un grand besoin d'être renové. Quant au personnel de l'accueil, aucune considération pour le client. 2 restaurants sont à la disposition de la clientèle : 1 avec choix du menu à la carte, 1 avec buffet. Nous avons dîner 2 soirs de suite au buffet, avec la même variété des plats. En conclusion, nous avons été très déçus par les prestations de cette enseigne, dont nous avions un meilleur souvenir.

九寨溝から２０キロのところにある閑静なホテル

ホテルを予約しようとして、九寨溝に近いホテルが見つからなくて ここにしました。 施設はチベット風のロビーや受付や係りの方がチベット風の衣装を つけていてとても雰囲気のあるホテルでした。 九寨溝の中心部へは、タクシーで行きました。 片道１００元（1500円前後）ほどします。 古城ホテルの一角にあり、まわりは静かで 山の中の雰囲気を味わえます。 他のお客さんは中国の方が多く 私が到着した時には団体客で ごったがえしていました。 静かにゆっくり過ごす場所としては よいと思います。

ホテル自体に問題はありません。テレビはNHKが入るし、お風呂は浴槽が付いています。しかし、とにかく交通の便が悪い。フロントに言えば、車は手配してもらえますが…

街外れに位置する大型ホテル

両替の際、レートが誤っていたが、フロントは譲らなかった。マネジャー＋銀行に確認し、最終的には適正レートで交換できたが揉めた。一方、親切な従業員も（一人）いた。英語はあまり通じない。

黄龍、九塞溝、空港の中間点？のホテル

無料でインターネットが使用できます。ただ、お湯が18-5時までしか出ないのと自販機や売店が無いため、飲み物がほしい際は都度、スタッフを呼んで注文する必要があります。ただ、対応はすごく迅速です。朝食のバイキングは種類が豊富で連泊しても飽きないと思います。空調は無く、電気毛布なので冷え性の人は寒さ対策の服等を用意したほうが良いです。

観光シーズンとはいえ少し高すぎると思いました 食事はホテル外の周りの店も含め期待できません、しかも高い。 立地等は満足です。
