O café da manhã era bom, com possibilidades de tapioca ou omelete feitos na hora... O quarto não possuía vista para a praia. Quando puxava descarga, tinha um vazamento entre o vaso e o piso.

Insatisfação com a a estadia

Embora a área da recepção e do restaurante pareça ter sido reformada e esteja em boas condições, os quartos e alguns serviços deixaram a desejar. O atendimento geral foi regular. Ao chegar tarde com um carro alugado, não encontrei vagas disponíveis, já que o hotel não possui garagem e as poucas vagas na frente estavam ocupadas. Estacionei do outro lado da rua e não recebi auxílio para as malas. No café da manhã, a pouca variedade exposta no balcão me levou a crer que as opções eram limitadas. Somente após terminar, percebi que havia tapioca sendo preparada sob demanda, um detalhe que não me foi informado pela equipe, indicando uma possível falta de treinamento. A limpeza do quarto estava insatisfatória, com o chão pegajoso e cabelos no ralo do banheiro. Em relação ao conforto, além da ausência de garagem, fui bastante incomodada pela música ambiente no corredor. O volume elevado tornava difícil descansar antes das 22h, horário em que a música era desligada. Por fim, a fechadura do meu quarto não trancava. Relatei o problema no segundo dia, mas como não houve troca de quarto, optei por não completar as três diárias que havia pago, pois me senti insegura. Espero que estas observações contribuam para melhorias futuras.

Falta itens basicos para um hotel deste nivel. Não dispôe de frigobar. Nem mesmo cesto de lixo no frigobar existe. Precisei de um abrifdor de garrafas e de um saca-rolhas e não tinha. No café da manhã, a reposição de alguns itens foram muito lentos ou mesmo não aconteciam. Os empregados são muito atenciosos e prestativos.
