O hotel é um econômico bacana mas o colchão o travesseiro lençóis e toalhas estão muito velhos e amarelados, comprei um travesseiro para dormir, se eles iniciarem um processo de revitalização dos quartos e melhorar as peças podem ter muito mais aceitação

Boa localização, é, apenas, o único item com boa avaliação. O principal problema do hotel é o enxoval de cama e banho. Noventa por cento das peças (toalhas,. lençol e fronhas) são encardidas, e o pior, algumas com manchas, que apontam um péssimo sinal de preocupação higiênica. Quanto ao café da manhã, o classifico como péssimo. De frutas,basicamente mamão (sem gosto), abacaxi e banana. Os frios se resumem a mussarela (sempre muito pegajosa por sair do freezer direto para o uso) e APRESUNTADA ( item este que nem nos supermercados vejo mais para vender) e mais NADA. O pão francês, praticamente, todos os dias, emborrachado. Os sucos servidos, sempre muito aguados. Falando da acomodação, me colocaram em um quarto (207) o qual classifico como pequeníssimo. Na propaganda afirma ter 20 M2, mas minha avaliação é de que tenha aproximadamente 25 M2. Nossa hospedagem foi para oito noites, e estávamos com duas malas. O único armário, de tão pequeno, não nos permitia arrumar as roupas. Não existia nenhum local apropriado para abrirmos as malas. No segundo dia de hospedagem (um sábado), a televisão do quarto pifou. A recepção me deu como opção aguardar até segunda. Inadmissível. Depois de muito bate boca, me propuseram trocar de quarto. Pedi que alguém me ajudasse na troca, o que me foi respondido ser impossível. Inadmissível. Então, o recepcionista me entregou um cartão com o telefone do gerente e disse que eu confirmasse as informações por ele passadas. Pois bem, liguei três vezes. não

Péssima experiência

A estadia já começou ruim pois nós colocaram num quarto onde o ar condicionado não estava funcionando. Pediram que a gente esperasse pra ver se ele ia gelar para só então nós trocar de quarto. No dia seguinte, estávamos sem água quente de manhã e o hotel não sabia. Só a noite nos informaram que tiveram um problema e que o hotel inteiro ficaria ficar sem água quente até o dia seguinte, ou seja, 24 horas. Em outro dia, pedimos a limpeza do quarto. Aí chegar a noite, não tinham feito. O funcionário esqueceu. Péssimo. O colchão também era bem ruim. A única coisa boa foi a localização e o café da manhã que era bem gostoso

INDIGNAÇÃO

Com todo respeito aos funcionários do hotel que por sinal fui bem tratado, e que fizeram de tudo para diminuir o transtorno mas o hotel é sujo, fronhas manchadas (de sangue), quartos com infiltração, vaso sanitário solto, toalhas manchadas, quarto com cheiro super forte de produto químico ou é mofo mesmo, não conseguir identificar (por não ser arejado). E o que deixa pior ainda é que no aplicativo colocaram imagens de um quarto que nem sequer existe no hotel. Não recomendaria o hotel para ninguém e o hotel tem MUITO mas MUITO mesmo a melhorar. Fiquei indignado e super arrependido.
