The property in rin down. The pool is dirty and there is a glass thar prevents you to see the ocean from it. The breakfast has poor quality food. The rooms are old. They do not ever have enough pool or beach towel for guests. The internet is extremely slow! We will not come back!

Muitos inconvenientes para 4 dias

Fomos acomodados em um quarto no corredor com outros quartos em obras, o que foi extremanente desconfortável pelo barulho desagradável e falta de privacidade. O quarto estava com lâmpadas no banheiro que não funcionavam e foram trocadas após solicitado. O box da cama estava quebrado e precisou ser trocado. Havia formigas no quarto. O serviço de limpeza foi muito ruim ou não realizado.

HOTEL SOLMAR NÃO ENTREGA O QUE OFERECE

Quando faço reserva no hoteis.com, levo muito em consideração a pontuação da avaliação do estabelecimento, dando preferência para pontuação acima de 8, porém, a pontuação do Hotel Solmar que ele está classificado, não condiz com o que eles oferecem! O hotel está em obra no meio dos quartos para hospedagem, situação que gera barulho, sujeira e desconforto! O estabelecimento tem espaço para o café da manhã que não atende a demanda dos quartos oferecidos, pois, independente do horário que for tomar café da manhã não tem lugar disponível, devido ao número muito pequeno de mesas. O café da manhã não está a altura da pontuação que o estabelecimento está classificado, com pouco tipo de frutas a oferecer, não tem manteiga, somente margarina, os sucos não são naturais, e a reposição deixa a desejar! Os quartos não possuem telefone para contato com a recepção e o estabelecimento é uma construção horizontal que causa muito desconforto para quem fica no fundo, pois são mais de 300 metros até a recepção! O hotel não tem serviço de restaurante! A limpeza deixa a desejar, sendo que o quarto que ficamos hospedados, na reposição das toalhas foram deixado material sujo e ao reclamar não fomos atendidos .Devido a esses pontos, deixo registrado que o Hoteis.com deveria rever a avalição do estabelecimento, que tem excelente localização, porém tem atendimento inferior ao de pousada!

Razoável. O hotel está em reforma no primeiro andar. E por incrível que parece, eles nos colocaram em um apartamento bem ao lado da quebradeira. Além do barulho, um absurdo de poeira que nos deixou doente. Funcionários completamente sem empatia. Atendimento ruim. O quarto que mudamos depois de perder 3 horas do dia reclamando, era bom e confortável.

O hotel é bom, porém tive um problema com estacionamento, tive que pagar estacionamento obrigatoriamente, na compra não mostra que teria que pagar, dizia estacionamento disponível, chegando lá o hóspede se quiser guarda o carro precisa pagar, na compra deveria ter o valor + taxa de estacionamento.

Localização perfeita

Hotel bem confortável e organizado, funcionários educados e solícitos. A localização é perfeita, na orla de frente para o mar e você tem acesso a tudo na região à pé mesmo, muito seguro e tranquilo. Atenção apenas para o estacionamento que no site está como 'Estacionamento disponível', você tem que pagar por fora a diária mas tem muitas vagas então é tranquilo. Único ponto ruim foi que está tendo obra no prédio ao lado, e de manhã cedo 7h já está tendo muito barulho. Gostei muito de João Pessoa e pretendo voltar, recomendo o hotel.

Bom no atendimento.

Hotel deixa a desejar na linha de servir do café da manhã, estacionamento pago e caro e a atual reforma em que barulho que NÃO começa às 8h da manhã,Tão pouco acaba às 18h e, sinceramente, poderia ter o aviso deste inconveniente. O consumidor é quem escolhe se se hospeda ou não mas, nos pegar de surpresa ficou feio.
