Disliked: Room comfort
The owner double booked and gave us other accommodation. Very substandard. The person we dealt with was very amicable but really not up to standard. The worst experience I have ever had on Hotels.com and I have been using this platform for over 20 years and booked many hotel rooms on this platform.
