Cold and Unhelpful Stay at OR Tambo Radisson Blu Arriving at the Radisson Blu OR Tambo was a letdown. The reception staff were unwelcoming—silently took my passport, handed me keys, and said nothing about room service or hotel features. Exhausted, I had to use the room’s phone book to get help. I won’t be back.

I stayed at the Marriott down the road the first day in tow... Thank God I came here. The catalyst for this entire hotel is on the culture that has been cultivated among staff and is seen lavishing a sense of excellence and joy in servant hood over every patron. Apart from it being a little further from the airport than I thought it was a lovely facility. Reception was very welcoming, the executive lounge was just the peace I needed. The spa was also great. I will definitely be using it again.
