Only interested with one staff once during the whole stay he was nice. The lobby deserves a 3 star. The bathroom had mold in the shower walls. The tub and walls were also peeling off a layer. Breakfast was horrendous. The worst scrambled egg I’ve had. Poorly made from powder. Milk also made from powder. The coffee machine says Folgers but it didn’t taste remotely like it. Only had apple juice. The pancake machine needs repair and probably cleaning. It was making 2 inch diameter deformed pancakes. The muffins tasted horrible too. I understand why it was so cheap. But I could not believe the mold in the bathroom. I wish I could have changed hotels but we just needed the beds (which were squeaking with any move) , but at least the pillows were ok.

The rooms were in desperate need of updating, there was no hot water in the shower (just warm water), there was no juice or water offered at breakfast (The machine was broken) and they didn’t offer bottles of juice or water or anything, we had to pay for it. Kids can’t drink coffee and hot tea so the fact they offered nothing else is Very disappointing.

The gentlemen who checked me in at 11 PM was very polite and professional! My room was clean and tidy. The only drawback from my check-in experience was the overwhelming stench of burnt marijuana in the hallway leading up to several non-smoking rooms!
