Enjoyed the stay. Location was fairly convenient and close to the beach. Some minor nitpicks - the water for the bathtub was not hot enough, the clothes rack in the balcony was in very bad condition. But overall, I would recommend the resort.

Crying baby directly across our room!!

Everything was excellent about the hotel room but there was a crying baby just directly across our room and we had specifically asked for a quiet room and we were given a room directly opposite a room with an infant child, and the baby was crying non stop at 1.40 am!!! And we can hear the crying sound and woke us from our sleep multiple times

Lots of mistakes with dining. This hotel was a 5 Star in our previous visits but the service has dropped. Club lounge amazing like always. Staff wonderful in club. Front counter the managers need retraining in handling customers, found them rude especially, ‘Anas’. The outside area and path need a clean. The bedrooms are good. Senior staff other than front counter seem to want to fix situations but there staff under them don’t seem to care. Real shame.
