No doubt, the staff were really warm and friendly. Check-in was easy and a breeze with collection of security deposit. However, I was truly shocked when the room type booked is what seemed to be a sub basement unit of the hotel.
Superior room, a first time for me to walk out of the lobby down to a lower level. Sewage smell at the corridor, in the toilet was inevitable. Price wasn’t the lowest of Johor Bahru but I didn’t expect it.
Air conditioning worked but because of the odd room layout, you barely feel the cold air from the bed. No windows, no clock, just a TV. Definitely first and the last for me.

I recently stayed at your hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. However, I noticed a couple of issues that could use improvement. There was an unpleasant smell that occurred intermittently, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the coffee creamer provided was unusually hard and not usable. Addressing these concerns would definitely enhance the overall guest experience. Thank you for considering this feedback.

Stayed 4 nights. First of all I booked this hotel for it's proximity to many food options and good location. However, there are a few defects in the room which I like to highlight here. Firstly, the safe is not working on once I checked in, secondly the dressing table chair is dislodged and it is a safety hazard. Lastly the water basin is leaking but still manageable. Not being picky for the price paide but might be a major issue to picky travellers.
Hotel doesn't accept credit card as deposit. Quite a turn off for this. Luckily they are willing to accept $100RM instead of $200RM for deposit. It gets a bit noisy in the middle of the night as the area is known for its nightlife.
The stay was fine, but the hotel internet is not too reliable. I have 3 devices and only 1 device was able to log in after many failed attempts, and when it did log in the signal strength is 2 bar maximum.
If you drive, make sure you ask where exactly to park your vehicle, or else they clamp even though there is no "Clamp-Zone" at all the parking lots around the vicinity.
Bedsheet and blanket are with stain.
Carpet got a red big patches.
Stay just right behind receptionist which is leavel 2 and level 1 is carpark.
Disappointed with overall stay.
