It was fully booked so it took a little longer to check in. They made up for it with free drinks and a slightly later check out. What I appreciated the most was the extra touch of providing a fold out sofa bed already fully made, for the kids in our suite! Really thoughtful!

Overall excellent location and staff very helpful. Disappointed on first morning there was no hot water. However we were moved to another room. Left luggage area is on ground floor and not manned so takes time to get our golf clubs.

Room for improvement

Stay is fine . However since I drive to the venue , the car park is a challenge for car to manoeuvre especially go down from level 7 . There are so many damaged car marked and scratches on the wall . The turning is a little too sharp for big cars

Holiday Inn at JB

The location of the hotel was very convenient. Just next to city square and beside Komtar Jbcc. Alot of massage places, hair salons, eateries, fashion shops. Can spend the whole day shopping there.

綺麗で広くて便利！ ただし5人宿泊可能という設定になっているが、ソファベッドと書かれたプランを選ばないと、キングベッド1台のみなので大人2人と子供1人が限界。(それでもきつい) ソファベッドというプランを選んでください。それでも小さい子供でない限り4名が限界かと感じました。

Location is great and the reception staff are friendly. Rooms are ok, but pillows have a bad smell, perhaps due to humidity and poor maintenance, not airing them to remove the odour. Called housekeeping to change the pillow cases, but didn't help, so I could not have a good sleep.
