Was a really good location for a 1 night stay with a shopping mall just downstairs, it doesn't get more convenient than that. Selection at breakfast buffet was pretty good too, don't forget to try the ayam masak! So yummy!

The hotel is clean. The hotel room is large, pleasant and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is also right smack next to the shopping mall. Very convenient. It has a good gym and large outdoor pool.

This particular room was spacious for 3 persons. Toilet was also spacious. Nice view of the city from the 20th floor. Room was clean and had all the amenities needed. Pity the buffet breakfast was nothing impressive.

Thank you for making our stay enjoyable. We were really surprised with the beautiful gesture of a slice of cake & card to celebrate both my children's birthdays! Unfortunately the pool was closed for repair works. Still, love the place.

Huge room which I loved. Unlike my last stay in Tokyo where everything was so cramped. The even gave me a slice of cake and a card for my birthday. Nice of them. It’s little gestures like these that go a long way. There’s even a shopping mall just outside the door on the ground floor. Just have a wider selection of food for your breakfast.

Excellent stay

It was really clean and nice! It was in the same building as Paradigm Mall so it was very convenient. Carpark also has a security guard so it felt safe. One tiny downside is that the carpark is on level 6 and it takes a while to get there. The location is also further away from city square and the likes.
