I could have stayed in the water all day long. Beach was amazing. Love talking to the staff. While the property does need updating, my overall stay did not disappoint.

There has been vast improvements at Jolly Beach over the last few years. We had a great time. The people were fantastic and the property was very clean. The only critics of our room would be the shower faucets need changed and our guest room sink was very slow to drain. We cannot wait to go back to Jolly Beach Antigua!

This property is on a very beautiful beach. The location is awesome and walking distance to other restaurants and bars. The food was very good. The resort needs updating but very clean. You can’t go wrong here. There are no top shelf drinks, but you can go to the grocery store across the street and get your own if necessary. My husband and I travel all over the Caribbean. We were very pleased with the place.

The super saver room is extremely small(not like the picture). I wouldn’t get that room unless you are traveling alone and don’t plan on spending any time in the room. The door had a screen which made it easy for mosquitoes to enter. The shower and sink clogged up even after maintenance tried to fix it. The pipe above the toilet dripped water on me while using it. We did have a lot of rainy days but they really need to update their property.

The property is older, but upgrading is going on. Beach was great. The staff worked tirelessly and fulfilled my requests. I never had an issue with food choices. Is this a Sandals? No its not, but I can come here twice for going to Sandals once. We enjoyed it so much that we have already booked the resort again. I did not have high expectations going, but we were pleasantly surprised on how well everything was for us. I know some expect more, but a clean bed, good food, nice staff, and for us a Great Beach is all we want. The pools are nice and the main pool is very large. We didn't use the pools because of the beach. I would recommend the resort to anyone who is on the fence.

Relax and Enjoy

This is an amazing location and we always enjoy our stay here!! We hadn't been in four years due to COVID, but the staff remembered us...they even remembered the foods my husband liked!! The bartender knew what he liked to drink and as he walked up it was being made! Rooms were clean and the staff was amazing!! Looking forward to our two week stay next year! The only thing we missed was the choice of 3 specialty restaurants and a buffet.

The property is definitely dated and can use a spruce up of the rooms. Although the beds are some of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept on. Dining options need to be expanded and additional hours added, because when you say all inclusive the thoughts are that you will have dining options around the clock for the most part and there will be some variety. Staff are amazing for the most part! Kind and friendly while remaining professional! Bartenders made sure the drinks did what they are supposed to do! Overall, if I heard they did some updates …! I would definitely be a return visitor.

Honestly, you get what you pay for. Beach is great (lots of shade spots), food is good (not amazing but definitely good), rooms are clean… BUT the rooms are comparable in size to what you’d have on a cruise ship and the place needs some major upgrades. While I enjoyed my stay and will return to Antigua, I won’t go back to this resort.

The beach is absolutely beautiful. Best beach I’ve seen. The ocean is also very swimmable. The hotel is quite old and in need of repairs. The coffee shop is not a shop it’s a coffee station. Staff doesn’t help much or serve you in restaurant at all. So you are confused for most of the week with where things are and how to get it cause no one helps you. I stood at the pool grill for a few minutes after they were supposed to be open and no one said anything to me. I realized after a while that they were not ready but they chose to continue with what they were doing and never bothered to tell me they weren’t ready just ignored me and chatted amongst themselves. There was an atmosphere on resort of either they did not like the people they were serving or they disliked their jobs. Either way it affects your perception of the resort and doesn’t make you want to come back. Especially when it’s run down. I did feel that they were very understaffed with waiters if that has anything to do with it.

Property grounds, pool and beach 5 stars. Only one restuarant plus buffet. Restaurant only had two menus that they rotated. Food there 4 stars. Buffet, limited choices 3 stars. There was a pool side grill 4 stars. Rooms need upgrade badly, but they are working on it 3 stars. Staff was hit or miss. Some didn't seem happy there 4 stars. Drinks were bottom shelf 3 stars

The property is in need of repair but sufficient for me and my wife… Food was good way staff was good. Beach is beautiful pools are good…. Never had time to find a taxi. All the sightseeing was good. If this resort would have a little updating it would be so much better, but was not disappointed.

Yes, rooms are small, however, we don’t stay in or room during the day. Food was good, never crowded at any one spot. The beach and water are amazing. We did not come across anyone that works there rude, crabby, etc. great stay!

the internet is weak - had to do some work and it was in and out so was frustrating until it worked - should be updated and or upgraded to stronger signals the bathrooms in some public areas were gross - and toilets that were plugged and not usable - poor - need to be better maintained - rooms need updating - beach is very good - and food was average - but the service was weak - the location is good but this place needs a serious upgrade - won't be back until that occurs -

The property is dated but clean and works for a place to go and get beach and sun time works well for most. If looking for a wow factor not the place for u. The only not good thing it could use more bars open at same time and more restaurants choices
