The Room was Outdated. We had to ask to move rooms because the toilet Was Leaking sewage. The Staff weren't helpful until they smelled the issue. The Food is not great. The main Restaurant is closed three nights of the week. The Beach is amazing and the Beach grill is Amazing as well! The On-site shop is barley open and has limited items. The front desk staff are really rude and not helpful.

Had an amazing time. Room was spacious with an amazing ocean view! The staff were all so lovely, especially all the staff that work in the main restaurant (the palms), they were professional, kind and very helpful.

Beautiful walkable beach with stunning sunset views. Decent food, not much variety. Rooms are small, Wifi did not work in our room. Housekeeping upon request only for a charge. Great property in general but needs lot of TLC. Staff is very rude.

The room 3343 was ok for a short stay but the door handle was falling off the sliding bathroom door was also falling off the paint was filthy big black hand prints all over the edges . The shower tile grout was slopped All over the base and you could barely see the drain hole. Balcony was nice but the door was very hard to open. Wifi is terrible we had to unplug the room router to be able to get even intermittent wifi. The buffet was very boring every lunch dinner 1-rice 1-veg 1- potato 2-meats usually curry. We didn’t go hungry but for the price I expected a better variety. There is no coffee bar for lattes or cappuccinos it is all carafe coffee. The pool was nice and the beach as well accept for all the empty drug dime bags and a few syringes laying around . The staff were all lovely though ! Not my idea of an “all inclusive “ resort

Clean basic room. We did superior category and were pleased. We were never in room so everything was fine. Good food. Good drinks. Nothing fancy. No real nightlife but we made our own fun. Beach is 10/10. No fighting for loungers. Great communal areas to meet people. . Excellent vacation

Resort was nice, limited food and bars with all different hours. No room service, must request be towels and room clean. Staff very nice, the grill at lunch was excellent. Beach was great. If you are truly looking to relax might not be your place.

The beach is beautiful and not crowded. The food was good and you can always find something you like. It is not a huge choice but excellent. The rooms are a tad small but we only sleep in ours. We would definitely be back.

I was very impressed with this property for the cost of the stay! The property is not super modern, however, the staff are friendly and the all inclusive aspect can’t be beat! I traveled in on thanksgiving and was pleased they had a thanksgiving buffet. It featured all the classics including carved turkey, ham, mashed, salads, desserts, sides, and more. The bar was open late with a singer and dj which was fun. Drinks were good - first all inclusive I’ve gone to that didn’t water the drinks down. In the morning I had the breakfast buffet which was good. The fruits were fresh, they also had action stations like the omelette station. The buffet employees working the stations (chefs and kitchen personnel) were really nice and helpful. I will definitely be back!

The check in was easy but we had a few issues with the room ( things broken etc. ) but Paulette at the front desk was lovely and rectified everything. This was our 3rd time on Antigua and second time back at Jolly Beach Resort. The beach and property are all very beautiful. Overall the staff was absolutely lovely especially Maria head of housekeeping. You must realize you do however get what you pay for. It’s inexpensive because the food is not good. Even our first visit it was better. This visit it was a 3/ 10 . Besides the outside grill which was the only place to get ANY GOOD FOOD. Also this time many many more local men harassing women on beach. I had way too many encounters practically on the grounds of the resort where security just turns a blind eye. At one point I had to get out of the water because woowas so rude and obnoxious that I was starting to feel unsafe. I love ❤️ Antigua and will be back but probably not here again unfortunately.. 🙄

The food at the property is relatively good and it has a wide variety for one to select from and that was a good thing in my opinion. The WIFI on property in some area need work. However, as a business traveler the hotel management moved me to a different room which provided me with a more stable in room connection and for that I was very grateful. The staff from checking in to checking out was very helpful and customer friendly.

This was a great find! The resort is a little dated, but the amenities are fantastic. The main pool is large, food is solidly good with plenty of options and changes daily, staff is friendly, grounds are well-maintained, and bar tenders will generously make any desired drink variation. And the beach is STUNNING: no waves, white sand with no rocks or seaweed, plenty of umbrellas and chairs, and picture-perfect water. The room was small and basic, but had a large balcony. Even though most of the clientele were package vacationers from the UK, the Palms restaurant delighted me by having multiple Thanksgiving options on the dinner buffet on the holiday. It's not a luxury resort, but it is a fantastic value and I highly recommend it.
