It was what you would expect of a budget hotel property. Nothing special, although the room was remodeled in the not-too-distant past. Front desk staff and check-in and out seemed a little off-putting, not the friendly, helpful sort that I was used to. The biggest downside was their guest policy. I was advised by a rather large sign inside the very SMALL lobby, that only the named persons on the card that you filled out could occupy the room. What is the deal with this???? I have had this happen at a couple hotels I booked this trip, but I really don't like this. What if I was visiting family or friends and they wanted to come over for an hour or three? Given this policy, they couldn't. I guess I will have to really pay attention to this policy when booking in the future.

I liked it was ground floor rooms that u can park right at ur door. Didn't like how so many people was just randomly roaming the parking lot and standing in front of my door. I didn't feel safe and then to top it all off I got kicked out anyhow because I said that I had somebody in my room last time which I don't know what happened but I didn't even get to stay

Paid for the room upon checkin was told we had to pay for cleaning fee which was refundable and for a federally registered service dog they charged tax on everything then when we were refunded the 25 cleaning fee they didn’t refund the associated taxes.

it was ok. Don't go if your not a smoker. I used to smoke so that part didn't bother me much. But i had to go get towels because all I had was 1 wash cloth. It was a little cool this moring and I froze, couldn't shower it was too cold in my room.
