PLEASE KEEP THE JACUZZI CLEAN!
The above ground jacuzzi will already be on when you arrive. After you take the cover off of it it will start to cool down. To heat it back up again, just put the cover back on. Please keep the cover on when you`re not using it.

IF YOU WERE OUT AT THE PARK ALL DAY PLEASE SHOWER BEFORE GETTING INSIDE THE POOL AND JACUZZI. Do not go in if you are covered in dust/dirt.
Do not put/wash pets inside the jacuzzi.
Do not put soap, shampoo, bubble bath, etc, inside the jacuzzi.
There is a $250 cleaning fee if the jacuzzi is left incredibly dirty and needs to be drained.

You must book for the exact amount of people who will be entering the house. We have a max capacity of 8 guests, no exceptions. Keep in mind there is a $25 fee per guest, per night after the 4th guest.

The grill is propane. If the tank runs out while you`re there you can swap it out for a new one at Walmart or a gas station. We only provide what is in the tank when you arrive.

The cleaning fee only covers standard cleaning. Anything excessive will incur an additional fee.

When you check out, be sure to collect ALL of your trash and put it in the large trash can, wash your dishes, and return the keys to the lockbox.

1. NO amplified MUSIC is allowed at any Airbnb in Joshua Tree EVER.
The fine is $1000 from the city, and we will lose our licence to rent.
You will have to pay this fine.

2. NO smoking inside EVER (weed included) Smoking is fine outside by the pool or on the patio. Please make sure all windows and doors are closed so the smell doesn`t get inside.

3. Book for the exact number of people that will be inside the house. NO additional guests or visitors other than what you booked for. There is an additional guest fee of $35 per guest per night after the 4th guest.

4. Park all cars in driveway or in front of the house.

5. DO NOT use towels as rags. If any of the towels are stained with blood, dirt, or grease we will charge you through the resolution center.

6. DO NOT touch artwork or rearrange furniture.

7. Dogs are allowed, no cats (2 dogs maximum). Pet fee is $75. Please clean up after your animals.

8. Lost keys are $30 to replace

9. Backyard storage behind the house is off limits. (Everything you see in the Airbnb photos you will have access to.)

10. Don`t use the fire pit if you are irresponsible, don`t put anything flammable near it like couch cushions or blankets.

11. Please lock all the doors whenever you leave. (I know that sounds obvious but please don`t forget.)

12. Keep cover on above ground spa if you`re not using it otherwise it will not get hot again. Above ground spa is heated at no extra charge.

13. The cleaning fee only covers standard cleaning. Anything excessive will incur an additional fee.

14. If you get locked out please do not attempt to rip off screens or windows. We will charge you for the broken screen.

15. When you check out, be sure to collect ALL of your trash and put it in the large trash can, wash your dishes, and return the keys to the lockbox.

16. We have a ring doorbell security camera and a front yard camera which we fully disclose. These are for safety reasons and are only looked at during emergency situations.

17. The property is maintained regularly, you may see gardeners and/or a pool guy during your stay. They are there very briefly (30 minutes or less) and only maintain the outdoor areas of the property, not inside the house.
