This property is absolutely inspirational, quiet, and beautiful. From the deck, the patio, the studio/bunkhouse, the hot tub, and everywhere on the property there are endless views of the hills of the park and JT town, as well as the stars and moon with no light pollution. The hot tub is the prefect location and temperature to melt away any tension. If one is looking for casual comfort, being close to nature, outdoor splendor, and tranquility without fancy airs - this is the place. Sufi and Matt have provided everything one could need for simple comfort. There are beautiful Joshua Trees, yucca, creosote bushes, and cacti on the property. The birds are abundant - roadrunners, hummingbirds, woodpeckers, mourning doves, finches, quail, wrens, owls, and more. Cottontails and jackrabbits visit frequently. A pack of coyotes can be heard nearby. The house and property are the most dog-friendly place I have ever been - my dog loves the securely fenced in acres, she was instantly at home and safe. Endless things to do and see - books, games, 2 smart TVs (although that whole area above town can experience spotty reception at times), musical instruments, horseshoes, a catapult, outdoor cowboy tub, walking the back wild lands, a life sized wooden horse, art, walk to Noah Purifoy Outdoor Museum, 10 minute drive to town - and it is the perfect mecca for creativity, writing, making or listening to music, drumming, meditating, and artistic endeavors
