Guest Access:

You will have the entire house and property to yourself. Only registered guests are allowed, unless specifically agreed upon during the booking process.



While we encourage taking walks on the property and in the National Park, please do not wander into our neighbor's backyards in the surrounding area as you will be trespassing on private property.



Also note, THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO USE OF OFF HIGHWAY VEHICLES (OHV) IN THIS AREA.

Getting Around:

This is a remote location down dirt roads, so please take it slow. While a car is required to get around, a four wheel drive car is not, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain.



Other Things to Note:

Pool & Spa Heating

• Hot tub – Always free to heat

• Pool – Optional heating with 48-hour notice (required in cooler months)

 – May / September: $150 per night

 – October / April: $200 per night

 – November / December / March: $350 per night

 – January / February: $350 per night



Please use plastic cups near the pool (no glass). No diving or rough play. Quiet hours after 10 PM. No lifeguard on duty – swim at your own risk.



Events & Photoshoots: Not permitted without prior approval, permits, and fees.

Pets: Up to 2 dogs welcome ($100 fee). No other animals permitted.

Cell Service: Varies by provider – enable Wi-Fi calling or VOIP apps for reliability.
