Wonderful little lodge with large rooms and kind staff. The location is perfect, right in the center of town with shopping, food, museums and lots of pie all within walking distance. The room has a mini fridge, microwave and keurig which was such a nice surprise and allowed us to store and reheat our leftover BBQ. The TV had a lot of options, from Disney to Netflix and more, and it was nice to settle in after our activities to watch a movie. We will definitely be back!

Had an enjoyable time staying at this location. Grateful for the coffee at the lobby and that there was a heater inside the room. Water pressure in toilet is what you should expect in the mountains so don't flush anything anything besides what you pushed out lol, no big deal at all though. Had a good night sleep and would love to stay again. Friendly staff, friendly town.

The room was very clean and the place is kept up very nicely. The lady that checked us in was very sweet and thoughtful. The shower was amazing! Hot and good pressure. Very nice stay!

Cozy room, quiet. Had all the amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, body wash/soap, soap, makeup wipes, haircap. Conveniently located right at Julian, walkable to shops+restaurants downtown. The uphill street area right behind the hotel is a good place to see stars in the sky at night. Close drive to Anza Borrego State Park and Lake Cuyamaca. Heater worked well. Front desk staff were so nice and helpful
