Welcome to our cozy Alaskan apartment! Our 1000 sq ft home is only about 10 minutes away from shopping and airport, and has easy access to many nearby trails and beaches. Only 3 minutes to the Alaska State Ferry terminal! After a day of exploring, come back and relax in your hot tub or get a good night’s sleep in your comfortable king-sized bed. Book your stay with us and experience the beauty of Alaska. Family friendly, fully equipped kitchen, freshly remodeled and ready for you!
The space
This listing is an apartment attached to our home, with a private entrance. We are on a treed, 3/4 acre lot with trees separating us from neighbors. A large private hot tub is right outside your door, with a surrounding deck to lounge on, under the propane heater if you'd like. It faces north, so if you're here during a solar event, maybe you can soak under the northern lights!
A desk is provided for remote work, with blazing fast unlimited internet.

The home has a private entrance, leading to the unit up one flight of inside stairs.
Other things to note:
We were born here, and have all the inside scoop on the best trails, sights, shops, adventures. Trip planning assistance is available, just ask! We are surrounded by beaches and trails, about 10 minutes from the Mendenhall Glacier. Gather around the fire pit and reconnect over provided S'mores.. We are both avid hikers and boaters, and know all the local interesting spots, some that you won't find elsewhere.
