There was no breakfast but other than that it was a good stay.

There is no local number to call the hotel directly, so this review is less about interaction with actual hotel staff and more about Wyndham staff. You can only connect with Wyndham staff for any questions about this hotel. I called twice and twice was told there was no shuttle from the ferry terminal or the airport for this hotel. After engaging an Uber from the ferry terminal, we pulled up to the hotel at the same time as the hotel's shuttle from the ferry. There are some maintenance issues with this hotel, the toilet in my room was not secured to the floor properly and wobbled quite a bit. A wrapped soap had been dropped in the toilet and left there. The towel/soap wrap left on the tub was damp, which made me wonder if it had been used for something or just put down too quickly before the tub was dry. The staff are trying, but it doesn't look like Wyndham is giving them much help.

This property is our go to location when visiting family in Juneau. The rooms are clean and conveniently located to Fred Meyer and Safeway and the airport. Just a short drive to downtown in one direction and to the Valley and Auke Bay in the other direction. We’ve never been concerned with safety and there is sufficient parking close to the entrance.

A clean spacious unit. A friendly staff. The place felt completely safe. Highly recommended by a world traveler. The place to stay during a visit to Juneau.

Need an airport shuttle! Quiet, especially the back corner room. Good breakfast but not included. Nice to have room cleaned every day!

The hotel was clean and a nice condition, but beginning to show its age a little bit. The bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable. I recall this a good standard hotel, but not luxurious.
