Cute place, but listing needs more detailed info

Property was cute, but it appeared they also rent out part of the property as an RV site. Was not aware we would not be only ones on property. The property was not as clean as would have hoped, kitchen table and counters were grimey. Also, as property did not have any type of water treatment system, the smell of sulfur was horrible.
