Good stay overall, but watch out for roaches

Overall, it was a good overnight stay. All I needed was available. The bed was comfortable. However, it was bothersome that I found a couple of small roaches in my room on my room where I was working.

LaQuinta-Do Better!

This “terrible” review is NOT about the service team-which was excellent. The condition of this hotel is terrible. LaQuinta-do better! This hotel is in a very affluent area of Jupiter and it is one of the worst, dirty, smelly places I’ve ever stayed. If i had another option, including sleeping in my car, i would have taken it. I’m not a fussy person-I travel a lot and simply expect basics. The first room given smelled of sewage. The next of mold and dirty AC with bug droppings on the bed cover and under pillows. 3 other rooms were booked by our family and each with similar issues-broken tiles, lights and filthy carpets in hallways and rooms. LaQuinta needs to give this place a rehab-especially considering its location! The only good thing i can say is the service team deserves better. They were so nice and you could tell, embarrassed to have to address the issues.

Wedding stay

Overnight stay for a family wedding. Door was hard to open. The lights around the mirror were old and didn't give enough light. Family member had to be moved because of smell in room. Moved to a different move and woke up in middle of night by bed bugs.

front lobby was very clean and the front desk clerk was also very sweet. the breakfast had decent options and the front lobby area was cozy enough for me and my wife to enjoy it together. the rooms were mainly very clean along with the bathroom, floor, fridge and counters. my only complaint would be them not cleaning our room when i asked the front desk to make sure it was serviced. however even when that being said it was over all 8/10, great job!

I can't honestly say anything positive other than the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was dirty, AC made grinding noise, carpet old, paint not fresh, hallway damp. Nothing was comforting about this hotel. We complained about the AC and they switched our room. While I was reporting the issue, another traveler was complaining as well. The staff changed my room as if she expected this. Just not kept up at all.

Pleasant stay

Nice breakfasts. Nice lobby. Only 1 minute walk to The Fresh Market (a great fine foods grocery), a StarBucks, a high-end restaurant and various shops. Lighting at sink could be better. HVAC was a bit noisy as was fan in bathroom. Great location in Jupiter, FL.
