The place was not maintained, tiles cracked, holes in the wall, flooring lifting from the floor, causing a trip hazard, pool was dirty, and it was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a hotel.

Stayed 4 nights and the last morning, we saw 2 giant cockroaches in our room. I was not real thrilled with things anyway but this did me in! The hallway carpet on 2nd floor is filthy, the 1st floor flooring leading to the pool is water damaged and sticking up and is actually a trip hazard. 2nd floor ice machine didn’t work. The vanity light on the mirror only partially worked.

Location was great. Staff friendly. Unfortunately, the hotel must have had water damage and the first-floor hallway flooring was pealing up. Second floor hallway carpet was dirty and stained. Our room was okay but door handle needs repairing, and shower door would not close all the way leaving water to leak out onto the floor after a shower. Overall, the hotel needs repairs and updates.

We reserved a room with 2 full beds. Upon arrival, we noticed the 2 beds were different heights, which turned out to be that the shorter bed was either a different (much cheaper) mattress or was missing a very thick mattress topper and my mother woke up in pain from sleeping on that mattress. That same bed also was missing a duvet, so she was cold all night. The 2nd shift front desk employee was very kind and helpful. Other than that, the room was in adequate conditions.

Great location The places seemed run down. Tile in hallway coming up. Trim missing in elevator and hallway. Breakfast was not always hot. Coffee ran out alot Our rooms bathroom mirror did not light up properly so we had a broken floor lamp for light. Had to remove the shade to get enough light

Physical infrastructure old and not well kept up. One ancient, extremely slow elevator. stairs not centrally located (e.g. near elevator) but only at very ends of hallways. In my own room, a piece of metal with sharp edges sticking out by the door (part of an old locking mechanism?) is, frankly, dangerous.

The light in the mirror was out. I asked that they bring a lamp and they never brought it. the property seemed to be in bad shape and several other of the plugs in the room were not working. The staff at night time was great.

The property had black mold and was not clean. We brought our concerns to management and still wasn’t offered a refund after we refused to stay there-due to obvious health concerns. We drove up to the property and was in shock to see the pool literally shares the same space as the parking lot. No thank you. The staff were unfriendly and not accommodating. They couldn’t even tell me where to get a bite to eat …meanwhile there’s a restaurant right next to the building. Never again

The floor boards in the hall was were warped. The elevator had parts that were broken. The second floor lighting was very dark, made me feel unsafe. The bathroom had mold in the ceiling. The breakfast was terrible, food was under cooked, there was not a lot of variety. Staff was friendly and helpful. The area is great overall, publix is nearby, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The hotel has a lot of potential but needs TLC. The lobby is nice and felt welcoming.

Great location but below average for comfort

My wife and kids and I stayed for a few days. The location is great but the hotel itself is below average for comfort. It was nice to have the free breakfast but we probably won’t stay there again
