Welcome to Unit 36 Seafront Estate, within a stunning complex located right in the heart of Jurien Bay. With only a very short walk to Jurien Bay's most stunning beaches, great fishing spots and beautiful parks at your fingertips, why would you not want to stay here!
With a pool to relax by, a toddler's wading pool and communal BBQ perfect for entertaining or cooking the daily catch for tenant use. Large, grassed areas for the kiddies to run around and have cartwheel competitions, the cool Bali feel gazebos are the perfect position for Judging (10/10). The Seafront Estate has parking for 2 cars.

Unit 36 is furnished with air-conditioning to the main living area and ceiling fans in the bedroom.

This Unit sleeps 6 guests and the bedding arrangement is 1 x Queen & 4 x Singles.

Please note: Bedding and Linen is supplied, sheets, towels & bathmats.
Only enough consumables for one night.
No Wi-Fi at this property.

What to Bring: All properties are furnished; however please note that these houses/villas/units are NOT serviced. You will need to supply any items that are used on a daily basis such as food, rubbish bags, dishwashing liquid, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and any other toiletries and cleaning products.

Any breaking of the rules of the complex, may require you to vacate the seafront estate immediately.

U36 Seafront Estate

Location is fantastic, close to the beach, jetty and cafes. Just needs more cutlery as we had 5 people stay. Also it would be great if we had WIFI to play movies etc. Otherwise a neat unit.

Fantastic location

Great little place, perfect for our family of 4. Secure complex with pool which kids loved and used everyday (despite the weather). Fantastic location, walking distance to restaurants, pubs, bakery, cafes, beach and local shops. Will definitely stay here again. Only minor issues (which were raised with property managers on check out and did not affect our holiday greatly) - no oven, carport driveway is extremely steep (we couldn’t park our car in the carport) and no blind / covering / privacy on front door.

The property is as explained. No issues to speak of, the property wasn't amazing however it had all necessary amenities. There was no oven which is a bit strange. All in all a good stay, easy check-in and out.
