You will love the spectacular views from this luxury one bedroom, tenth floor, oceanfront condominium which overlooks Maui's beautiful Kaanapali Beach.
It is located in the "Lanai building" at the highly rated Mahana at Kaanapali Resort.
With our unobstructed views, we fondly refer to our unit as “Aloha Kai Nani”, or “love the beautiful sea”.

We are located on Kaanapali Beach, which was rated the #1 beach in the US and #4 in the world in the 2024 Travels Choice Awards on Trip Advisor! Also it’s was #1 in the 2023 USA Today Readers Choice. You can't beat the location.

The large lanai overlooks the ocean and is perfect for whale watching and enjoying the spectacular sunsets between the islands of Lanai and Molokai in the distance. Often you can see turtles bobbing in the waves from the lanai and front windows.

Mahana 1014 has been remodeled. Highlights include a new gourmet kitchen with quartz counter tops and stainless-steel appliances, as well as a walk-in shower in the bathroom.

The comfortable king size bed will leave you relaxed to enjoy your vacation in paradise.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a gourmet sunset dinner, along with all the table settings and linens. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.

Step out of the condo and enjoy fantastic snorkeling or walk for miles along the beautiful sandy beach. There are two Tommy Bahama beach chairs with a matching umbrella for your use during your stay.

The quiet surroundings at the Mahana at Kaanapali offer uncommon privacy, yet we are very close to the activity of the Kaanapali Resort area. Amenities include an oceanfront swimming pool and hot tub, as well as shuffleboard, tennis and pickle ball. There are two barbecue areas for your use, one by the pool and one in a garden setting.

Take a short walk up the beach to one of the nearby resorts for fine dining and entertainment.

Groceries, equipment rentals, food trucks, souvenirs, etc. are only a five-minute walk away.

You can get easily get by without a rental car with shopping and restaurants so close by, and you are on one of the best beaches on the island. Just take a shuttle from the airport if you decide not to rent a car.

If you do rent a car, Parking for one vehicle is included in your rental. There are NO additional resort fees.

This condo is best suited for two people. If you have more people, or you need another condo for extended family, please ask.
